Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Validity and Expiry:

This gift voucher is valid for 36 months from the date of purchase, as indicated on the voucher. It will expire at 11:59 PM on the date of expiry, after which it will no longer be accepted.

Vouchers cannot be extended or reissued beyond the expiry date.

Redemption:

The voucher can be redeemed for accommodation, dining, and beverage experiences at The Lodge Wadjemup, subject to availability.

This voucher may be used multiple times until the total balance has been redeemed or the voucher has expired.

Bookings are essential and subject to availability. To redeem, please inform the reservations team at the time of booking and present the voucher upon arrival.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the voucher, including cancellations or no-shows.

The voucher cannot be used to secure a booking deposit. Other forms of payment will be required at the time of booking to secure reservations, in line with our standard terms.

Cancellation Policy:

If a booking made using this voucher is canceled within the hotel's standard cancellation period, the voucher will remain valid for future use, as long as it is within the 36-month period.

If a booking is canceled outside the cancellation period, the voucher will be considered fully redeemed.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

The Lodge Wadjemup is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Any lost or stolen voucher will not be replaced or refunded.

Other Conditions:

The voucher cannot be used for third-party services, including but not limited to tours, activities, or transportation not provided by The Lodge Wadjemup.

Vouchers are not eligible for use in conjunction with special offers, discounts, or promotional rates unless explicitly stated.

Any additional charges exceeding the voucher value must be paid at the time of service.
